Information you provide

When you request an offer, we collect your email address, phone number, selected package, any choices you make in the plan finder, and your contact and email marketing preferences. We also record the request time and consent wording version. If you later send project photos, plans, measurements, or messages, we use them to review and work on your project.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, discuss scope and scheduling, deliver agreed services, and keep a record of your request. If you separately opt in, we also send follow-up sales emails. The marketing checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. Providing a phone number does not subscribe you to automated text messages.

Hosting and email services

Our site runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Inquiry records are stored in a Cloudflare database. Brevo processes contact information and sends confirmation and permitted follow-up emails. New-inquiry alerts are also sent to our business Gmail inbox. These providers process information to operate their services and may process it outside your location.

We do not sell inquiry details. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the site and address misuse.

Technical data and cookies

The hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser information, and security logs, and set essential security cookies. The inquiry form stores a one-way hash of an IP address to help limit repeated submissions. Essential security cookies can operate without optional analytics. We remember your analytics choice in your browser for up to 180 days. You can use the site whether you accept or reject analytics.

Optional Google Analytics

Only after you choose “Accept analytics,” we load Google Analytics to measure page visits, referring websites, and successful inquiry submissions. Google processes browser and device information, cookie identifiers, and general location information to produce reports. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, project details, or URL query strings to Analytics. Advertising personalization and automatic form-interaction collection are off.

Analytics cookies last up to 180 days. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer and choose “Reject analytics” to stop future tracking and remove the Analytics cookies for that address. Your choice applies to this browser and website address; other browsers or addresses may have a separate choice. Withdrawal does not remove measurements already received by Google.

Email choices

You can unsubscribe from sales emails using the link in those messages or by emailing us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from responding to your inquiry or communicating about an agreed project. Brevo may record delivery, open, and link activity to operate email services and report on messages; your email software can affect those measurements.

Keeping and managing information

We retain inquiry and project records to handle requests, provide services, and maintain business records. You can ask us to review, correct, or delete your information by emailing SightFormStudio@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request and retain records required for an ongoing project, legal obligations, or resolving a dispute.
