These terms describe use of the Sightform website and how project requests are handled. Please contact SightFormStudio@gmail.com if you need clarification before ordering.
Requesting a project
Submitting the contact form is a request to discuss a paid offer. It does not take payment, activate a subscription, reserve production capacity, or include a free custom sample. We confirm the scope, price, schedule, and payment arrangements with you before starting work.
Scope and approvals
The agreed scope sets the space, design direction, number of images and films, and included revisions. Production begins after we review the required project information. For films, we ask you to approve the layout, still images, and motion preview before the final render. Changes to an approved stage or requests outside the agreed scope may affect cost and timing; we confirm those changes with you first.
Subscriptions
Base purchases do not renew. Starter and Studio renew monthly; cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over or convert between images and videos. Before subscribing, we confirm capacity, billing dates, scheduling, and any extra work in writing. The contact form itself does not create a recurring charge. Your written project or subscription agreement governs those arrangements.
Visualizations and examples
Images and films help communicate a proposed design. They are conceptual visualizations, not construction drawings, engineering advice, permit documentation, or a guarantee of the finished result. Dimensions, materials, colors, lighting, and surrounding conditions must be checked by the responsible project professionals before construction or purchase. Website examples illustrate our visual style; each project is scoped separately.
Materials and permitted use
Please provide accurate project information and only share photos, plans, logos, and other materials you own or have permission to use. Do not submit confidential information you are not authorized to share. The permitted use of final deliverables is confirmed in your project agreement. Do not present the website’s example work as your own or resell it without permission.
Website use
Do not use this site to submit spam, impersonate others, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. Prices and availability may change; we confirm the applicable price before accepting work. If you notice an error, please let us know so we can correct it.
